The inflammation biomarkers, IL-6, TNF-α, and hs-CRP did not change significantly following 12 weeks of flaxseed or wheat bran supplementation. No significant difference in IL-6, TNF-α, and hs-CRP between flaxseed and wheat bran supplementation groups
