Post-prandial levels of plasma glucose were measured before and up to 120 minutes after consumption of a standardized meal. The determination of the percent change in glucose from baseline was made at the start of the study (baseline curve) and after administration of Sambuzon a├žai for 30 days (30-day curve). The trend lines for the baseline and 30 day measurements are depicted as two straight lines.
