aAfter isolation (Day 0), cells were placed into culture in RPMI-1640 with autologous serum and PHA-L, IL-2 and IL-15 for 6 days bA ratio of cultured cell numbers (Day 6/Day 0) was used to calculate proliferation fold changes.
