Responders with an acute reaction at each dose. The number of cow’s milk allergic children with an acute reaction of the Jeroen Bosch Hospital at each dose of cow’s milk (expressed as CMP). Amounts of 18, 180, 360, 540, 720, 1080 and 1620 mg CMP correspond with 1, 10, 20, 30, 40, 60 and 90 ml test feeding respectively. JBH_children is the patient selection of DBPCFC-positive children older than 12 months. JBH_infants consists of DBPCFC-positive children aged 0 – 12 months. See Table 4 for details on each individual.
