Cumulative probability distribution based on individual MEDs for cow’s milk (expressed as CMP) for cow’s milk allergic children of the Jeroen Bosch Hospital and for populations from the literature [5,22-24]. 100 mg CMP corresponds with 5,6 ml of our test feeding. Two distributions were compiled for the JBH population. JBH_children is the patient selection of DBPCFC-positive children older than 12 months.
