1 ANOVA and Chi-square test used to test differences between the sexes and between FPGs within sex. All differences between sexes significant at P < 0.001. All differences between FPGs within sex are significant at P < 0.01, except for "Cohabiting status" among women where P = 0.26 and "Cohabiting status" and "Problematic alcohol use" among men where P = 0.09 and P = 0.08, respectively.
